程海林，男，1949年生，江苏灌南人。国家高级书法师，中国国宾礼艺术家，中国中外名人文化研究会艺术顾问等。博采王羲之等名家之长，传承张旭书法艺术，发扬毛体大气磅礴气势，借鉴诗词音体美等创作方法，加上个人情感，创作特色诗意草书，形象生动地展现诗意，使文字产生动态感，音乐节奏感等各种美感。自作诗词歌颂新时代，传播人间真善美，促进社会和谐及世界和平。
